South Atlantic Federal Credit Union's Tellermatic Audio Response System provides you with the latest account information day or night, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Whether you are at home, work, or on the road, your financial information is at your fingertips. You can check your account balances, find out what checks have cleared, check on deposits or withdrawals, and even transfer funds between accounts. The use of Tellermatic is FREE to all members of the Credit Union. All you need is a touch-tone telephone and pin #, and you are all set.

Instructions for Use:

  • Call one of the numbers listed above 

  • Select Language 

    • Press 1 for English

    • Press 2 for Spanish 

  • Enter your account number 

  • Enter your access number (the last four digits of your social security number), then, select one of the following options: 

1. For current account activity, then press 

1 - for balance on all accounts
2 - for a balance on specific accounts
3  -for account activity on a specific date 

2. To perform a transaction, then press 

1 - for transfers
2 - for withdrawals or loan advances 

3. For rates and general information, then press

1 - for current dividend rate information
2 - for current loan rate information
3 - for SAFCU promotions 

5. SAFCU hours, then press

1 - for the current day's hours
2 - for hours for the week 

8. To change your access code 
9. To leave the system 

Helpful Hints:

  • You must use a touch tone phone to access Tellermatic service.

  • Always use your primary savings account number to access the system.

  • Your personal information number (PIN) is the last four digits of your social security number. You may change your PIN by pressing 8 on the account information menu.

  • You can return to the main menu at any time by pressing the * key.

  • Always end your responses with the # key.

  • To speak to a representative during business hours, press 0.
